A non-refundable advance deposit of the 1st night is required for all stays. If you need to cancel your stay for some reason, you may move it to another date to preserve your deposit.as long as you cancel within 48 hours of the reservation.

Sorry, we do not accept pets but service animals (must be with you at all times) are allowed.
Please be aware there is no elevator, and rooms are distributed on the 3 floors above the lobby level (Spring Street). We are happy to assist you with any luggage.
When checking in, pull into the yellow loading zone (curb) near our Spring Street entrance.
We have a small double-wide parking lot across from our lowest level. We can offer 1 space per room. Valet service is available most every day.
Please return front door card at check out or there will be a $50 fee.
$250 dollar clean up fee for human and or service dog excrement, if you stain the sheets,there is a $90 additional charge, if you stain a towel it is a $25.00 additional charge
No smoking inside rooms or inside hotel, if you do smoke there will be a $500 charge to clean the room
Bath bombs are not permitted for use in our Jacuzzi® jetted tubs. There will be a $50 charge if a bath bomb is used
If you check in and need to leave, there is no refund for any additional nights you have
There is a $45 dollar additional charge per night for a roll a way bed for adults
For any destruction or damage of any furniture during your stay at the New Orleans Hotel, You will be charged the amount needed to replace the furniture piece(s) up to $1,500.00.
