NEW ORLEANS HOTEL POLICIES

  • A non-refundable advance deposit of the 1st night's stay plus tax is required for all stays. If you need to cancel your stay, and do so at least 48 hrs prior to your reservation a credit in the amount of the deposit can be kept in our system for up to one year for a future stay.

  • When checking in, please pull into or as close to the yellow loading zone (curb) by our entrance on Spring Street.

  • Your room is not guaranteed until 4pm on the day of your arrival, Parking is available as early as 2pm the day of your arrival, Check out is at 11 a.m. We do not have an elevator and rooms are located on the 3 floors above the lobby on Spring Street. We are happy to assist you with your luggage, and the valet of your car down to our parking lot most days.

  • Well behaved children are welcome.

  • Sorry, we do not accept pets but service animals (must be with you at all times) are allowed.

  • Additional things you can be charged for:
    -Smoking inside the hotel or room,
    if you do smoke there will be a $500 charge applied.
    -Using Bath Bombs in our Jacuzzi® jetted tubs. There will be a $50 charge applied if used.
    -Human or service dog excrement left in your room a $250 Clean up fee will be applied
    -Stained linens and or towels there will be a $90 replacement fee applied.
    -Destruction or damage of furniture in your suite during your stay at the New Orleans Hotel. You will be charged the amount needed to replace the furniture piece(s) up to $1,500.00.

  • Please return the front door white card with your room keys at check out or there will be a $50 fee to replace the card.

  • If you check in and need to leave before the end of your reservation, there are NO Refunds for any additional nights you have.

  • There is a $45 dollar additional charge per night for a rollaway bed for adults (15 years age of older)

  • Housekeeping: If staying for two (2) nights or more, please note that housekeeping does not provide daily cleanings for your privacy. Please notify the front desk if you need a refresh between 10am and 3pm.

  • We can offer (1 )ONE parking space per room. We have a small double-wide parking lot across from our lowest level on Center Street. At check in please give us the information about the (1) One vehicle you will be parking in our spaces.
