Originally built in 1892, the New Orleans Hotel provides an elegant stay in downtown Eureka Springs. The historic architecture with the well persevered woodwork, grand four story staircase and period era furnishings takes you back to the 1890's. 

Our beautiful inn is filled with period antiques and quality furnishings. We are committed to making you feel welcome and comfortable.


We provide soft towels, quality linens, and comfortable beds to make you feel at home. All rooms have balcony access and breathtaking views of the downtown streets and shops. Take a stroll through the majestic springs on Spring Street or relax on the balcony.

Enjoy all there is to do in Eureka Springs 
within walking distance. We will be glad to book an excursion or make dinner reservations for you. We are very knowledgeable about the Eureka Springs area attractions and will be happy to give you recommendations to help you make the most of your stay in the Ozarks.

NEW ORLEANS HOTEL POLICIES

  • A non-refundable advance deposit of the 1st night is required for all stays. If you need to cancel your stay for some reason, you may move it to another date to preserve your deposit.as long as you cancel within 48 hours of the reservation.

  • Check in is at 4 p.m. Check out is at 11 a.m.

  • Well behaved children are welcome.

  • Sorry, we do not accept pets but service animals (must be with you at all times) are allowed.

  • Please be aware there is no elevator, and rooms are distributed on the 3 floors above the lobby level (Spring Street). We are happy to assist you with any luggage.

  • When checking in, pull into the yellow loading zone (curb) near our Spring Street entrance.

  • We have a small double-wide parking lot across from our lowest level. We can offer 1 space per room. Valet service is available most every day.

  • Please return front door card at check out or there will be a $50 fee.

  • $250 dollar clean up fee for human and or service dog excrement, if you stain the sheets,there is a $90 additional charge, if you stain a towel it is a $25.00 additional charge

  • No smoking inside rooms or inside hotel, if you do smoke there will be a $500 charge to clean the room

  • Bath bombs are not permitted for use in our Jacuzzi® jetted tubs. There will be a $50 charge if a bath bomb is used

  • If you check in and need to leave, there is no refund for any additional nights you have

  • There is a $45 dollar additional charge per night for a roll a way bed for adults

  • For any destruction or damage of any furniture during your stay at the New Orleans Hotel, You will be charged the amount needed to replace the furniture piece(s) up to $1,500.00.

    CHILDREN & PETS
    Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are not allowed.
    CREDIT CARD SECURITY
    Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.
    The New Orleans Hotel is committed to creating a comfortable and convenient stay for all our guests. We offer very close parking behind the building as well as complementary valet service to retrieve your vehicle when needed. During times of high capacity, all guests must leave keys at desk for our valet due to the efficient size of our lot.
    Policies like these allow for us to create a highly catered stay to each guest that visits us.
